JustLotta Holistic Health Coach podcast
This podcast will be mainly in Swedish but as I do have guests on the show it will be in English at that certain point of time. My main topics will be about Holistic Health and my aim is to learn, teach, motivate and inspire both my listeners and myself. This is a journey for all of us. I will talk about topics such as: Thoughts and emotions, breathing, hydration, sleep, nutrition and movement. And in-between all this large topics I will talk about hormones, weight-loss, stress and much more. I would like to keep this podcast as a dialoge and therefore I will sometimes give you a chance to ask questions on my Facebook-page and I will answer them as well as I can in the podcast.
